I want to share some of my favourites for organizing, journaling, types of activity, recording activities, sleep aids, and my pets. Life is more manageable with these things in it.


First, I love to organize, create vision boards, and journal. As an online business owner, content planning is important therefore staying organized is key. I love calendars that I can reuse by erasing and starting over.

I also find journaling helpful. Often, I get asked what I journal. I journal special moments and, to-do-list, I also practice gratitude and write three things daily that I am grateful for. Do you like to journal? I highly recommend it, it's a great way to form your thoughts or help with organization.

If you know me, you know I firmly believe movement is MY MEDICINE. There are different activities for different people and I completely respect that. The important is to move your body.


Some of my favourite activities:

* Cycling road or trail

* Yoga/Pilates

* Run


*Hiking

*Nature walks

*Resistance bands


All ages benefit from movement. For me, my mental health benefits the most with the physical component being an added bonus. Do what works for you, no one can decide that for you. I know people who benefit from gardening, while others benefit from horseback riding. Cycling is my first choice. Peloton bikes are great as well, they come with great programs for all levels of fitness.





If you are like me, you like stats. I love looking back on my data and seeing my improvements. There are so many options available. Personally, I am a Garmin fan. Currently, I wear a Vivoactive 4 and I love it. It's easy to use and the charge lasts a couple of days or longer depending on my level of activity. Great Christmas gift idea for someone who likes to move and record.



Do you have trouble sleeping? I did. As a shift worker, sleep was a nightmare. My patterns were all over the place. Things that helped me:

*I gave up shift work (not everyone can)


*I began to exercise and changed my diet

*I started taking Melatonin (speak to our health care provider)

*I limited my caffeine intake

*I sleep wearing a mask


I can't share my favorite's without including Furbabies items. I love my Furbabies. I have 4 and all have different personalities.


One of my four, this is Misty. She is a dwarf bunny with an attitude. I also have Willow, a Ragdoll cat who is really vocal, Symba (my therapy cat, a British Long Hair) and most recently, Bella who is a German Shepperd. All are loved and entertain us daily with unconditional love. Do you have pets?


I can go on and go about my favourites because life experiences have so much to offer. Amazon helps supply some tools to help me and others enjoy those experiences even more.
